With a rich family heritage of cultures and traditions, some of our recipes are old family heirlooms handed down from generations back.
We believe there is little value in preparing a nutritious meal that the kids won't eat. So we have tested our recipes on a bunch of fussy kids.

Some years back we invested considerable time researching healthy nutrition, anti-aging and general wellbeing. We wanted to make beneficial adjustments to our eating habits. Our findings allowed us to develop and refine over time meals that contain significant amounts of antiviral ingredients, and most importantly, are loved by kids.
Our family made a decision to prioritise goodness on the table every day - well, almost every day. There is a time and place for cakes and popcorn, burgers and pizza!
